Description:

Manage Software department of greater than 20 in a Systems Division matrix environment.  Responsible for all software development lifecycle and maintenance activities.  Oversee and structure the Software organization to ensure a stable and effective environment for the development and maintenance of application and database solutions.  This area will ensure the quality and functionality of all software implemented into Brandes environment.  Continue to evolve the culture within the software department.  This evolution includes architecture, structure, processes and reward structure along with building the team/people to support these objectives.  Create a software development environment that promotes reusability.  Establish methods and process to ensure that all software is built with solid reuse characteristics.
