Two Steps to Innovation, James Hipkin
Interesting entry on how companies could/should integrate innovation.  A good quote:

First, companies should create a new position in the C-Suite, the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO). And then companies should create and fund innovation incubators.

Thinking Big For Innovation And Growth, Blair Kingsland
The subtitle on this one says it all: “Businesses that actively pursue innovation generate more growth and profits than those that do not”.  This is a four page article that is a mix of case studies and point of view comments on innovation.  A good quote:

Thinking big is the "big picture hat" you wear for finding opportunities for innovation and growth. Be open to new ways of doing business. Look from a high level and set your direction. Now is the time to set your goals and set them high.
