I've now been in Seattle for 2.5 years and find myself in the same situation as I did 4.5 years ago (.Net User Group Downtown Boston?) ... here in the Seattle area the majority of the .Net community is out in Redmond (instead of Waltham).  The main user group is .Net Developers Association - which gets some great speakers and has regular meetings on the Microsoft Campus but driving out the Redmond rarely fits my schedule.  Unfortunately the guys that got the downtown Boston group going 4.5 years ago aren't around Seattle to help: Sam is in Jersey and Robert is still in the Boston area ... so I'm looking for other people in the downtown Seattle area who are interested starting a .Net user group downtown Seattle ... anyone interested?

As with any user group, I'm looking for people interested in being part of the leadership, people who just want to attend and corporations who are interested in sponsoring events, if you fit into any of these - please leave me a comment.
