Senior Developer
Virgin Life Care is seeking a senior Software Developer to become a key part of a team responsible for the software development (website, kiosks, mobile devices and back office applications) that supports Virgin Life Care’s HealthMiles product. Delivery of software applications offering the highest reliability, performance and user engagement are key to the success of the company.
Development Responsibilities
Responsible for the detailed design and coding of front end, middle tier and database solutions.
1. 3+ years design and development experience
2. Good knowledge of .NET technologies (C#. ASP.NET)
3. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, XML/XSLT, COM/COM+
4. Experience using source code control tools
5. Good SQL Server database programming skills
6. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator desirable
7. Excellent problem solving, coding, unit testing and debugging
Non Technical Requirements
1. BS or BA degree in computer science or related field
2. Solid verbal and written communication skills
3. Good interpersonal and collaboration skills and proven ability to communicate across all business levels.
4. Ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
5. Ability to work in an independent, self directed manner and perform equally as well as part of a team.
6. Have the ability to perform in a fast paced environment
7. Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively (verbally and in writing)
8. Professional attitude.
9. Display drive, energy, enthusiasm and confidence

Responsibilities
