Warning: Non technical rant entry

Does anyone else feel like Amazon should name the shipping options, “service” options instead ?  It seems like if I choose the free shipping, they take their sweet time getting around to shipping it.  I always thought shipping was suppose to be the option of how to get it from Amazon to you, not the priority of your order before it goes to the shipper...

I think the shipping options should be “How quick would you like us to dig it out of the warehouse?“
