Exercise Program

Current exercise program is all aerobic.  I figure this fall I might start lifting some weights, but I should enjoy the weather right now when I can.

I'm lucky enough to live in a place that has a fantastic great exercise facilities  (Harbor Steps), so I can keep the exercise routine mixed up.  If I don't want to jog along the waterfront (see here for pics from the waterfront), I can run on the treadmill, use the eliptical, bike or swim.

Today was a swim day ... man is swimming hard.  I have no problem going outside for an hour jog, but a 20 minute swim kills me.
