Building Rotor

Building rotor on my newer laptop a P4 3.4Ghz with 1G RAM ... started at 8:41pm, lets see how long it will take...

Also print off (yea killing some trees) the CLI Partition II: Metadata Definition and Semantics word doc.

In case you don't know, when you install VS.Net 2003 you usually get the spec files installed too. They can be found under the following directory: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\SDK\v1.1\Tool Developers Guide

UPDATE: It took around 5 minutes to build! If I recall it took a lot longer on my 1.2Ghz machine ...
