Definitely! ... sort of brings up the question of what does the jit compiler inline and optimize ... the IL that you can get from deconstructing an assembly is sort of the starting point (as I understand it, the vbc and csc are geared towards compiling for the jit and ngen compilers to really optimize the binaries ... c++/cli compiler is slightly different), but how do you tell what the jitter will optimize - so you really know the difference?
