My annual “Think and Motivate Week” (yes I got the idea from Bill - but I added the 'Motivate'), is Jan 16-22.  Other than the normal career goals/evaluation, financial goals/investment planning stuff I have come up with the following topics (tenative) that I am going to spend one full day on.  No coding per se, maybe some samples and looking at source code but no new projects. 

• C++ 2003, CLI\C++ 2005
• Rotor\Mono
• ASP.Net Server Controls 2005, other ASP.Net related stuff
• .Text/DNN/other open source ASP.Net projects
• Design Patterns, Refactoring, other stuff from the PAG (not sure about this item yet)

If anyone has suggestions on articles or research for these topics, please let me know.
