User groups and a reminder for next weekend

I am so far behind on reading my subscriptions that I didn't even notice until this morning that Sam actually mentioned the Code Camp II agenda the morning before I did (got to catch up on my reading)

Roy Osherove has a great entry The Power of User Groups (and a request to Microsoft Israel) found on SB Chatterjee blog.

Speaking of user groups, Sam has a good overview of this week's downtown Boston user group. Agile devlopment was a great topic and IMHO (in my humble opinion) a topic that isn't discussed enough

I know I have mentioned it along with alot of other people, but here it is again Thom Robbins, Chris Pels and Patrick Hynds have gotten some great sessions for Code Camp II - 53 FREE Sessions - the only drawback is it is on a weekend... so remember:

  1. It is free
  2. You do not have to show up at the beginning and stay the whole day
  3. They do not lock the doors on you once you get there (so you don't have to stay the whole day - see #2)
  4. You can come back after you have left for break (or whatever you choose to leave for)
  5. There is an agenda and session descriptions so you can plan your arrival and departure
The only real problem is when you have 2 sessions you want to go to, but are at the same time...not sure how to solve this one..
