Home for coding standards?

I am looking for a home to put some coding standards, naming guidelines, etc...what do you do with them?  Paper seems pretty much useless (it is a start though).  I would love something that is as easy to use as word, but ends up like a chm file so I can have an index, search, content folders etc.  Anyone have any recommendations?  I have thought about somehow using ndoc to do this, but not sure about the work involved (how much time would you like to put into it?)

BTW:  I am planning on using FxCop (maybe write some custom rules to add to it)

Couldn't you use blog software to do that? I don't know about .Text, but with MovableType I would just create another blog and start throwing stuff into it. If it's on a public website, Google will find it if you link to it (plus MT has its built-in site search that works quite well, too).

What about opening it up by placing it on a Wiki?

+1 for the wiki, at the very least when in the process of refining the standards.

Also, re: NDoc, AFAIK you can't add "custom" pages. However, Doxygen can do this and outputs to .CHM as well.
