Firefox

Downloaded firefox today. The DOM inspector is pretty cool and the Page Info is really nice too! Now time to see what other sort of extensions I can get ;)

Anyone have suggestions on what extensions to Firefox are the best/worst?

firefox was a big let down for me. the dom inspector you got... which one? you should try powerband (just search for "powerband myie2") - got some nice features. live editing of the dom for one - always useful.

Try the Web Developer extension. Includes page validation, on -the-fly CSS editing, disabling various technologies, highlighting blocks/images, zooming, viewing headers... the list goes on.

IEView is great. http://ieview.mozdev.org/

Tab Browser Extensions are good. http://white.sakura.ne.jp/~piro/xul/_tabextensions.html.en

See my post here on how to expand the Google search bar:

ChromEdit helps you edit your prefs file, much easier than doing it by hand (like I show in my post, doh!): http://cdn.mozdev.org/
