Thanks to Scott Watermasysk for .Text

Lately I have been studying up on URL Rewriting, HttpHandlers and HttpModules as well as the provider pattern and also looking at the .Text source code.... and all I have to say is Scott Watermasysk Rocks! The way that he designed this blogging software is just so cool (and seemingly ahead of its time) that I just had to make an entry in honor of all the work that he and others that have done in building .Text. Thanks!

I posted a while back on URL Rewriting over on my blog... you might want to check it out, as it is could be better for your purposes than the method .Text uses for this.

I've publicly thanked Scott in my blog, too, and added a .TEXT category. Like you, I gained a great deal from studying Scott's code. Mostly release .94 code, but I plan on gaining a lot from his different approach in .95. Regards!
